E-PBA is the digital campus of Paris Business Academy, designed to provide flexible and internationally oriented higher education programmes through a fully online learning environment.

E-PBA delivers structured academic programmes that combine:

  • strategic business education;
  • professional development;
  • flexible online learning;
  • guided academic support; and
  • formal assessment and quality-assurance processes.

Students can access the digital campus from anywhere in the world while following a structured academic programme with defined learning outcomes, assessments and completion requirements.

E-PBA currently offers the following programme:

  • Doctorate of Business Administration – €30,000

The programme is designed for experienced professionals, managers, entrepreneurs and senior leaders who wish to strengthen their strategic, research and decision-making capabilities.

Additional programmes may be introduced in the future. The latest programme information, including fees, entry requirements and duration, will be published on the E-PBA website.

E-PBA operates as a professional digital campus rather than a content-subscription platform.

Its programmes follow a structured academic framework and include:

  • defined learning outcomes;
  • guided modules;
  • formal academic assessments;
  • academic support from E-Mentors;
  • student progress monitoring;
  • quality-assurance procedures; and
  • clear completion requirements.

E-PBA does not simply provide access to videos or informal participation certificates. Students must complete the required learning activities and assessments to qualify for the applicable award or certificate.

E-PBA programmes are designed for:

  • working professionals;
  • senior managers and executives;
  • entrepreneurs and business owners;
  • consultants;
  • professionals seeking career progression;
  • learners seeking advanced business knowledge; and
  • international students who require flexible online study.

The Doctorate of Business Administration is particularly suitable for professionals who wish to apply advanced research and strategic thinking to real organisational challenges.

Applicants must meet the entry requirements specified for the relevant programme.

Depending on the programme, applicants may be required to provide:

  • a valid passport or identity document;
  • academic qualifications;
  • academic transcripts;
  • proof of English-language proficiency;
  • a curriculum vitae;
  • evidence of professional or managerial experience;
  • a personal statement or research proposal; and
  • any additional documents listed in the Course Outline.

Admission remains subject to the review and verification of all supporting documents.

The recognition and use of a qualification may depend on:

  • the awarding institution or awarding body;
  • the qualification framework;
  • the country in which the qualification will be used;
  • the requirements of an employer;
  • professional-body requirements; and
  • local education or immigration regulations.

Students should review the relevant Course Outline and confirm any specific recognition requirement with the appropriate employer, university, professional body or public authority before enrolling.

E-PBA does not guarantee that a qualification will automatically provide access to a regulated profession, public-sector position, immigration benefit or further programme in every country.

E-PBA is operated by Paris Business Academy, which is registered in France.

The company’s complete legal name, registration number, registered office and contact information are available in the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy published on the E-PBA website.

Programme Duration and Access

The Doctorate of Business Administration has a maximum completion period of 48 months from the official enrolment date.

Students must complete all required modules, research activities, assignments and assessments within this period.

The programme offers flexibility, but students should maintain a regular study schedule to ensure that they complete all academic requirements before their access expires.

Students may progress according to their own schedule, subject to:

  • the academic structure of the programme;
  • assessment submission requirements;
  • minimum study or supervision periods;
  • feedback and review timelines; and
  • any other requirements stated in the Course Outline.

Completing learning materials quickly does not automatically mean that the qualification can be awarded earlier. All academic and assessment requirements must be satisfied.

Access is normally provided for the period stated in the Course Outline and the applicable Terms and Conditions.

For the Doctorate of Business Administration, the maximum programme period is 48 months from the official enrolment date, unless a different access arrangement is confirmed in writing.

Access may end earlier if:

  • the student completes the programme;
  • the account is terminated;
  • required payments remain outstanding;
  • the student breaches the Terms and Conditions; or
  • access must be restricted for legal, security or academic-integrity reasons.

An extension may be considered in exceptional circumstances, subject to:

  • the programme rules;
  • academic approval;
  • the reason for the extension;
  • supporting documentation;
  • applicable administrative or extension fees; and
  • the maximum period permitted by the academic framework.

Students should contact the E-PBA support team before their access period expires.

Learning and Academic Support

E-PBA programmes are delivered fully online through the digital campus.

Students may access:

  • guided learning modules;
  • recorded lectures;
  • academic readings;
  • podcasts;
  • presentations;
  • case studies;
  • research activities;
  • assignments;
  • discussion areas; and
  • academic support.

Students complete their learning activities and submit assignments digitally through the Portal.

E-PBA programmes offer flexible and largely self-paced learning.

However, self-paced study does not mean that there are no academic requirements. Students must comply with:

  • submission deadlines;
  • assessment requirements;
  • research milestones;
  • progress expectations;
  • scheduled meetings where applicable; and
  • the maximum programme-completion period.

Yes. E-PBA programmes are delivered through a fully online learning environment unless the relevant Course Outline states otherwise.

Students are not normally required to attend physical classes at a Paris Business Academy location.

Some programmes may include live academic sessions, research meetings, supervision sessions, webinars or student-support meetings.

The Course Outline will explain whether any scheduled live participation is required.

Most learning materials can be accessed online according to the student’s study schedule.

E-PBA programmes are primarily assessed through academic work rather than traditional classroom examinations.

Assessments may include:

  • assignments;
  • reports;
  • case studies;
  • research projects;
  • presentations;
  • quizzes;
  • proposals;
  • dissertations or doctoral research; and
  • oral reviews or defences where applicable.

The exact assessment structure will be stated in the Course Outline.

Students may receive support from E-Mentors, lecturers, assessors, supervisors and administrative staff, depending on the programme.

Support may include:

  • academic guidance;
  • clarification of learning materials;
  • feedback on assessed work;
  • research guidance;
  • technical assistance;
  • progress support; and
  • general programme information.

An E-Mentor is an academic or professional support contact who assists students throughout their online learning journey.

An E-Mentor may:

  • answer academic questions;
  • guide students through course requirements;
  • explain learning activities;
  • support study planning;
  • provide general academic feedback; and
  • direct students to the appropriate department when specialist assistance is required.

No. Your E-PBA account and course access are personal to you.

You must not:

  • share your account credentials;
  • allow another person to watch required course content on your behalf;
  • ask another person to complete an assessment;
  • submit another person’s work;
  • impersonate another student; or
  • permit another person to participate in monitored activities in your place.

Account sharing, impersonation and academic misconduct may result in suspension, termination, invalidation of assessments or withdrawal of a certificate.

Camera-Based Student Verification

E-PBA may request camera access while you watch designated course videos to help:

  • confirm that the registered student is accessing the course;
  • prevent account sharing;
  • prevent impersonation;
  • verify genuine student participation;
  • maintain reliable engagement records; and
  • protect the academic integrity of the programme.

A notice will be displayed before camera-based verification begins.

While a designated course video is actively playing, the Portal may capture a still image approximately once every five minutes.

The frequency may vary slightly because of technical conditions, internet connectivity or how the monitoring system operates.

For ordinary course-video verification, E-PBA captures periodic still images rather than continuously recording video.

Unless E-PBA provides a separate notice stating otherwise:

  • continuous video will not be recorded;
  • audio will not be recorded;
  • the camera will only be used during the designated monitored activity; and
  • monitoring will stop when you leave or complete the relevant activity.

Different monitoring arrangements may apply to remotely supervised examinations. These arrangements will be communicated separately before the examination.

E-PBA does not ordinarily use Camera Snapshots to create facial templates, perform biometric matching, recognise emotions or uniquely identify students through facial-recognition technology.

If E-PBA introduces any biometric or facial-recognition system in the future, students will receive a separate privacy notice and any legally required consent or authorisation will be obtained before the system is used.

The Portal may:

  • pause the course video;
  • request that you reposition yourself;
  • request another verification;
  • prevent the activity from being recorded as completed; or
  • refer the session for manual review.

A missing or unclear snapshot will not automatically be treated as misconduct.

Technical problems, poor lighting, internet interruptions and other reasonable explanations will be considered before any action is taken.

Where camera verification is a clearly disclosed requirement, refusing or disabling access may mean that:

  • the designated video cannot begin or continue;
  • the learning activity may not be marked as completed;
  • manual identity verification may be required; or
  • an alternative verification method may need to be arranged.

Students should contact the support team if they cannot use the camera for a legitimate reason.

Students may request an alternative arrangement where they cannot use camera monitoring because of:

  • disability;
  • accessibility requirements;
  • lack of suitable equipment;
  • personal safety concerns;
  • religious or cultural considerations; or
  • another legitimate reason.

E-PBA will consider reasonable alternatives where possible, while protecting course integrity.

Alternatives may include manual identity verification, scheduled verification or another proportionate method.

Camera Snapshots are retained only for the period stated in the E-PBA Privacy Policy and the camera-monitoring notice.

They may be retained for a longer limited period where necessary to:

  • investigate suspected account sharing or misconduct;
  • resolve a student complaint;
  • respond to a dispute;
  • meet a legal requirement; or
  • establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.

After the applicable period, the images will be securely deleted or anonymised.

Access is restricted to authorised personnel and approved service providers who require access for:

  • identity and participation verification;
  • academic-integrity reviews;
  • technical support;
  • security investigations;
  • complaints; or
  • legal and compliance purposes.

Camera Snapshots are not sold, publicly posted or used for advertising.

  • complete the online application;
  • upload the required documents;
  • provide accurate personal and academic information;
  • complete any required admission review; and
  • pay the applicable programme fee or first instalment.

Your enrolment is confirmed only after E-PBA approves your application and verifies the required documents.

The documents required depend on the programme.

Applicants may be asked to submit:

  • a valid passport or national identity card;
  • academic certificates;
  • academic transcripts;
  • proof of English-language proficiency;
  • a curriculum vitae;
  • proof of work or managerial experience;
  • a personal statement;
  • a research proposal;

  • cancel an enrolment where documents are false, altered or misleading.

Students must submit genuine, complete and accurate documents.

Fees and Payments

The current programme fee is:

  • Doctorate of Business Administration – €30,000

The fee and available payment arrangements will be shown before enrolment.

Students should review the complete payment terms before confirming their application.

Where available, students may be able to choose between:

  • full advance payment; or
  • an approved instalment plan.

The payment schedule, due dates and any conditions connected with progressive course access will be provided before enrolment.

Failure to make a payment by the agreed due date may result in:

  • payment reminders;
  • restricted access to future modules;
  • temporary suspension of the account;
  • withholding of assessment results or certificates where legally permitted; or
  • termination under the applicable Terms and Conditions.

Students experiencing genuine financial or payment difficulties should contact the support team as early as possible.

Programme fees must be paid in euros unless E-PBA agrees otherwise in writing.

Students are responsible for charges imposed by banks, card providers or currency-conversion services.

Cancellation and Refunds

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, subject to the requirements and exceptions established by French and European consumer law.

Where you request immediate access to digital Course Materials during the withdrawal period, E-PBA may ask you to:

  • expressly request that access begins immediately;
  • acknowledge the circumstances in which the withdrawal right may be lost; and
  • confirm your agreement electronically.

The complete cancellation conditions appear in the E-PBA Terms and Conditions.

Once a refund has been approved, E-PBA will initiate it as quickly as reasonably possible.

The amount will normally be returned through the original payment method.

Although many refunds may appear within 5 to 10 business days after processing, the exact time depends on:

  • the payment method;
  • the issuing bank;
  • card-network processing;
  • currency conversion;
  • public holidays; and
  • any required verification.

Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, E-PBA will process the refund within the legally required period.

Where a payment is unsuccessful, duplicated or incorrectly charged, you should contact the E-PBA support team immediately.

E-PBA will investigate the transaction with the relevant payment provider.

You may be eligible for a refund where:

  • a duplicate payment was taken;
  • payment was taken but enrolment was not created;
  • a technical issue prevented access and could not be resolved;
  • an incorrect amount was charged; or
  • another refund right applies under the Terms and Conditions or applicable law.

Refund eligibility will depend on the specific circumstances.

Stopping participation or failing to complete the programme does not automatically create a right to a refund or cancel remaining payment obligations.

Refunds will be considered according to:

  • the Terms and Conditions;
  • the date of the cancellation request;
  • whether Course Materials have been accessed;
  • the services already provided;
  • the applicable payment plan; and
  • mandatory consumer rights.

  • the right you wish to exercise; and
  • sufficient information to identify the relevant records.

E-PBA may request reasonable proof of identity before disclosing personal data.

You may submit a deletion request.

Whether the snapshots can be deleted immediately will depend on:

  • the purpose for which they are retained;
  • whether an investigation is ongoing;
  • whether they are required for a complaint or dispute;
  • whether a legal retention obligation applies; and
  • whether E-PBA has another lawful reason to retain them.

E-PBA will assess the request under the GDPR and provide a response.

Some authorised service providers or technical-support personnel may operate outside the European Economic Area.

Where personal data is transferred or accessed internationally, E-PBA will use an appropriate legal safeguard, such as:

  • an adequacy decision;
